Sha Tin No. 3 alarm fire roundup

    A unit used as an office and godown on the fourth floor of Wah Yiu Industrial Building in Au Pui Wan Street, Sha Tin was severely damaged in a no. 3 alarm fire this morning (September 13).

     The fire broke out at 8.42am and was upgraded to No.3 alarm at 9.23am.

     Firemen used two jets and four breathing apparatus teams to fight the blaze. The fire was put out at 10:07am.

     About 20 persons were led to place of safety. Initial reports revealed that there was no suspicious circumstance.
