    The Social Welfare Department announces that today is an endorsed regional flag day. Riding for the Disabled Association Limited, Hong Kong Alzheimer’s Disease Association and ActionLove (China) Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
