Jun He Law Offices, one of the largest and best recognised PRC-based law firms, is pleased to announce the official opening of its Hong Kong Branch Office today (June 16).
Following the establishment of Beijing Head Office and branch offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Dalian, Haikou and New York, Jun He is making a strategic move to further expand on its regional presence by opening a Hong Kong Branch Office to gain better access to the global arena through its Hong Kong platform.
With the Hong Kong Branch Office, Jun He will further satisfy its clients' legal needs in cross-border commercial activities, and provide its clients in Hong Kong and the Mainland with more superior and efficient services. The establishment of the Hong Kong Branch Office is in line with both the trend of increasingly open economy after China's entry into the WTO, and the anticipation of the Hong Kong legal service profession for improved communications with its Mainland counterpart.
The Hong Kong Branch Office of Jun He Law Offices provides legal services in areas including investment, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. There are currently five partners and senior consultants based in the Hong Kong Branch Office.
In addition to the opening of the Hong Kong Branch Office, Jun He joins force with XJ Wang & Co, Solicitors for even closer and broader cooperation with Hong Kong-based law firms.
