A total of 74 nomination forms for the 2015 District Council Ordinary Election were received by the Returning Officers of the 18 districts today (October 9).
This brings the total number of nomination forms received to 711 since the start of the nomination period on October 2, which will continue until October 15.
A spokesman for the Registration and Electoral Office advised nominees to submit their nomination forms as early as possible to allow time to correct mistakes, if any, in the forms before the deadline.
