Man holding charged with wounding with intent to murder

Police today (August 14) laid a holding charge against a 60-year-old man with one count of wounding with intent to murder.
Police arrested the man yesterday (August 13) in suspected connection with an attempted murder case in Tseung Kwan O yesterday in which a 53-year-old woman sustained multiple burns.
The case will be mentioned at Eastern Magistrates' Courts tomorrow (August 15).
