SCMA's Beijing trip advanced

Due to changes in meeting schedules, the Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam, will advance by one day his trip and depart for Beijing tomorrow (March 2) to accompany the Chief Executive to pay visits to central ministries.
Mr Tam will return to Hong Kong on March 6. During his absence, the Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Lau Kong-wah, will be the Acting Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs.
