The Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung, has ended his vacation and returned to Hong Kong this morning (May 5). The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mrs Carrie Lam, has ceased to discharge the duties of the office of Chief Executive with effect from the time of the return to Hong Kong of the Chief Executive.
