The Lands Department announced today (April 25) that a site, Sha Tin Town Lot No. 599 at Ma Kam Street, Ma On Shan, Sha Tin, New Territories, in the 2014-15 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender. The tender invitation for the lot will commence on May 16 and close on June 20.
Sha Tin Town Lot No. 599 has a site area of about 3,091 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 11,160 sq m and 18,600 sq m respectively. The total number of residential units to be built shall not be less than 310.
The final Conditions of Sale for the lot will be available for distribution to the public and uploaded to the Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by May 16, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
