Government to resume land for public housing and community facilities development in Tuen Mun

The Government will resume 82 private agricultural lots with a total area of 35,117.9 square metres near Siu Hang Tsuen in Area 54, Tuen Mun, to facilitate the development of public housing and community facilities.
A notice for the land resumption was published in the Gazette today (April 25).
The site formation and infrastructural works of the project are expected to commence in 2015 for completion in 2019. The construction of public housing is expected to be completed in 2021.
