The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for the licence of a public car park at the ground floor, Shun Lee Disciplined Services Quarters, 32 Lee On Road, Kwun Tong, and the tenancy of a government property at Unit 2, 2/F, Hoi Hong Buildings, 47 Tit Shu Street, Tai Kok Tsui, each for a term of three years.
The property in Kwun Tong should be used for the purpose of a fee-paying public car park for the parking of private cars and motor cycles only, while the property at Tai Kok Tsui should be used for the purposes of office, educational institution, institutional use for community purpose, advancement of art, education, learning, literature, science or research, promotion of the moral, social and physical well-being of the community, fitness centre, school, shop and services or training centre, only.
The tender notices were gazetted today (November 8). Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk .
Interested bidders who wish to inspect the sites should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7654 on or before November 25 this year for the property in Kwun Tong, and on or before November 26 this year for the property in Tai Kok Tsui.
Bidders must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at the ground floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on December 3 this year for the property in Kwun Tong, and before noon on December 5 for the property in Tai Kok Tsui. Late tenders will not be accepted.
