SEN to depart for Guangzhou this afternoon

The Secretary for the Environment, Mr Wong Kam-sing, will depart for Guangzhou this afternoon (November 22) to co-chair the 12th meeting of the Hong Kong-Guangdong Joint Working Group on Sustainable Development and Environmental Protection with the Director-General of the Guangdong Environmental Protection Department, Mr Li Qing, tomorrow morning (November 23).
During the meeting, both sides will review the progress of co-operation since the last meeting, and agree on the key areas of co-operation on environmental protection in 2013.
Mr Wong will return to Hong Kong after the meeting tomorrow afternoon.
