United Nations Sanctions (Guinea-Bissau) Regulation gazetted

The Government today (September 28) gazetted the United Nations Sanctions (Guinea-Bissau) Regulation (the Regulation), which came into operation today.
"The Regulation implements sanctions against Guinea-Bissau imposed by the United Nations Security Council under Resolution 2048," a government spokesman said.
The Regulation mainly provides for the prohibition against entry into or transit through the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region by certain persons and the relevant exceptions.
