FS to attend APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting on behalf of CE

The Financial Secretary, Mr John C Tsang, will leave Hong Kong today (September 5) to attend, on behalf of the Chief Executive, the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders' Meeting and APEC CEO Summit in Vladivostok.
Mr Tsang will return to Hong Kong on September 11. In his absence, the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Professor K C Chan, will act as Financial Secretary.
