Land resumption for bathing beach at Lung Mei

The Government will resume 12 private agricultural lots with a total area of about 1,968.2 square metres for the development of a bathing beach at Lung Mei in Tai Po.
A notice for the land resumption was published in the Gazette today (June 22).
The project is scheduled to commence in November this year for completion in November 2014.
