"Here is an Education Bureau special announcement concerning schools:
As the tropical cyclone warning signal number 3 is now in force, classes of kindergartens (including AM classes and whole-day classes), schools for children with physical disability and schools for children with intellectual disability are suspended today.
If the Hong Kong Observatory cancels the tropical cyclone warning signal number 3 by 10.30am, PM classes of kindergartens will resume today."
