The agenda of the Legislative Council (LegCo) meeting, scheduled for tomorrow (December 14) at 11am in the Chamber of the LegCo Complex, has been revised. In addition to the original agenda items, the President has given permission for Dr Joseph Lee to present to the Council the "Independent Police Complaints Council Report 2010/11" and to address the Council on the Report at the meeting.
