NPCSC Interpretation transmitted to CFA

The Department of Justice has transmitted to the Court of Final Appeal through the Registrar today (August 30) a copy of the Interpretation of Articles 13 and 19 of the Basic Law by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress.
The Department has been requested by the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council to transmit the copy of the Interpretation.
