Red flags lowered at beaches in Southern District

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (August 29) that since the waters off Deep Water Bay Beach, Repulse Bay Beach, Middle Bay Beach, South Bay Beach and Chung Hom Kok Beach in Southern District, Hong Kong Island are now suitable for swimming, the red flags have been lowered.
The red flags were hoisted at the beaches earlier on after red tides were sighted.
