The Secretary for Security, Mr Ambrose S K Lee, will leave Hong Kong tomorrow (August 18) for a duty visit to Beijing, Hohhot, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
In Beijing, Mr Lee will meet officials from the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Supreme People's Court.
Mr Lee will then fly to Hohhot on August 23. He will meet officials of local Public Security Bureau and visit security-related agencies.
Mr Lee will fly to Guangzhou on August 25 and meet public security officials of Guangdong. He will meet Shenzhen public security officials in Shenzhen before returning to Hong Kong on August 26.
