Five people holding charged with trafficking in dangerous drugs

Police today (April 29) holding charged five people aged between 26 and 42 with one count of trafficking in dangerous drugs respectively.
Officers of the Regional Intelligence Unit and Regional Special Duty Squad of Kowloon West arrested three men and two women at the airport yesterday morning (April 28) following the seizure of 6.44 kilograms of suspected Methamphetamine, commonly known as "Ice" worth about $4.7 million.
The defendants will appear in Tuen Mun Magistrates' Court tomorrow (April 30).
