Hong Kong Property Review 2011 available online

The Rating and Valuation Department has released the Internet version of "Hong Kong Property Review 2011" which contains statistics and commentaries on the local property market in 2010, as well as forecast completions in 2011 and 2012.
The Internet version, covering the full contents of the publication, and summaries of the findings in English and Chinese can be downloaded from the department's website at www.rvd.gov.hk.
Printed copies of the publication will be available for sale around mid-May.
