Quarterly Report on General Household Survey for October - December 2005 is now available for sale.
The report contains statistics on labour force, employment, unemployment and underemployment for the fourth quarter of 2005. It also contains detailed analyses of the characteristics of different categories of members of the labour force, including their age, sex, educational attainment, employment status, occupation, industry, hours worked per week and monthly employment earnings. Information on reasons for leaving last job and duration of unemployment for the unemployed is also presented.
The report is in bilingual form and available for sale at $42. Download version of the report can be purchased at 75% of its original price exclusively at the online Statistical Bookstore. Print version if purchased online is also offered a discount, at 85% of its original price at the Statistical Bookstore as well as the Government Bookstore (http://www.isd.gov.hk/eng/bookorder.htm).
